As part of our commitment to providing high-performance hosting services, we've scheduled upcoming maintenance for our network and server equipment. Please read the maintenance schedule details carefully.

Maintenance impact

Minimal service degradation could be observed for a few seconds on Wednesday and Thursday while we balance resources from our High-Availability configuration.

On Friday, the listed impacted services will be unavailable from time to time because of updates.

Some operations performed during the maintenance window may result in service unavailability. Our teams will actively monitor the environment and work to minimize any potential impact.

This is an update regarding the ongoing disruption to Provisioning for Microsoft 365.

Impact Level: Recovering

You should now be able to do provisioning request. The provisioning requests that were previously in error or queued have all been processed

Current Progress: We are monitoring the service closely to ensure no more provisioning requests are getting stuck.

Next Update: We will continue to monitor the fix implemented and will provide our next update by September 29th, 10:00AM EST
